How to Order
Orders can be placed via the internet site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week barring any technical difficulties! Alternatively you can telephone your order through between the hours of 10.00 and 16.00 hrs GMT Monday-Saturday . Please remember we are a small business and the telephone cannot be manned constantly but please leave a message with your contact details and we shall get back to you as soon as possible. Payment
Payments online are made by credit or debit card via WorldPay’s secure server, a confirmation email will be sent to you upon successful completion of your order. Goods are usually despatched the next working day but please allow 48 hours to process your order. If something you have ordered is not in stock we will inform you by email or telephone so that you can decide how you wish to proceed. Generally speaking however out of stock items are usually restocked within 7 days. If you wish to wait for that item we shall only take payment when the goods are in stock and ready for despatch. Returns and Refunds
We are confident that you will be happy with your purchase, however if for whatever reason you wish to change it or request a refund we shall gladly do that for you providing the goods are returned at your expense, with all labels attached, unworn and unwashed within 14 days of receipt. Please enclose the Returns label that was sent with your order. This offer does not extend to baby skincare items due to hygiene reasons.Refunds can only be re-credited to the person who bought the item.
Faulty Goods
We hope that you will be happy with your purchase as our aim is to supply only high quality products, however should you discover a fault within a reasonable amount of time please return the goods detailing the problem with proof of purchase and we will be happy to refund or replace the item, (subject to availability) including reasonable shipping costs.Express and courier mail services cannot be reimbursed.
